Return/Exchange Policy (ready-made items):
1- The return period is only 3 days from the date of receiving the shipment, taking into account that the products and accessories are in their original condition without any damage or alterations.
2- The exchange period is only 5 days from the date of receiving the shipment, taking into account that the products and accessories are in their original condition without any damage or alterations.
3- Exchange and return are not accepted if the products are damaged, used, or not in their original condition.
4- In the event that the damage was from the store, please send pictures, and compensation will be made with the same product, or if the quantity runs out, we will compensate you with another product with same price.
Return/Exchange Policy (custom-made items):
1- There are no return or exchange on custom-made products.
2- In the event of damage or error in making the products, Al Farida is committed to designing the product and delivering it to the customer.
